Answered by engineers. Not a sales queue.
How are the durations calculated?
From the issue's change history. Every status transition is timestamped, and the time between transitions belongs to the status the issue was in. Repeat visits add up. The current status counts until the next move.
What is the difference between cycle time and lead time?
Lead time: created to Done. Cycle time: In Progress statuses only, the part your team controls. Both sit at the top of the panel.
Which Jira products does it support?
Jira Cloud: Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Jira Work Management, wherever the standard issue view is used. Not available for Data Center or Server.
Does it work on issues created before I installed it?
Yes. Every figure is computed from the issue's own history when the panel opens. No backfill. No gaps.
Where is my data stored?
Inside your Atlassian site. The app runs on Atlassian Forge and reads issue data through Atlassian's APIs when you open an issue. Nothing is sent outside Atlassian's cloud. The full statement is in our Privacy Policy.
What permissions does it ask for?
Read access to issues and their change history. Nothing more. Forge lists the scopes at install, a site admin approves them, and uninstalling revokes them.
How do I get help or report a problem?
